Super disappointed - waited 30 min and no one came to our table - we walked out and went to Red Robin next door.
Two large tables were seated and served after us.

12-16-24. To start off, the Louisiana location is fantastic. This review is for the Coors location. My Office made reservations at 12 noon for 14 but only 11 table settings were ready. We ordered drinks after 5 minutes and it took a little long. Here is where everything went south. Ordered entrees and waited 20 minutes and our first batch of meals came for 7 of us. By the time the others got their meals the 1st group was 3/4 done. A few elected to wait eating making their meal cold. I ordered slow cooked sirloin in the second batch and the steak was very tough and even hard to cut through. I didn't complain because they were obviously having problems. My boss said her regular sirloin was a little overcooked and very tough. Most of our drinks were empty and we had to ask several times for more. We made the mistake of ordering dessert but it took so long, half of the party just left. The manager was never once around. For a bill of over 650 dollars, I would have expected more. They knew we were coming but yet delivered the worst service and food. I will not recommend the Coors location.

First of all, our server was great. Our food, not so much. My husband’s steak was SO overcooked and my burger was completely flavorless. Won’t be back.

The full rib that I got was fairly dry with hardly any sauce. I don't know if this is normal or it had to do with the long wait for my food.

I paid EXTRA for onion rings with my burger as a side dish instead of fries and received only 5 onion rings. This is just ridiculous, to charge extra and then cheap out on the amount. I was shocked. Waiter got a couple of our orders wrong as well.
Ashlynn was AMAZINGGGG!! Super sweet and helpful when I couldn't decide what I wanted.

Came in to eat probably an hour before they closed. Service was excellent from the hostess to our waitress. Food was delicious (didn't get to snap a pic) and so were the drinks! Think we found our new favorite spot!!
