Service could be better and workers can help each other out instead of talking and ignoring costumers

I’ve never had a worst service in my whole life at a restaurant or fast food. We asked for a cup of ice and they charged us for a drink, said they couldn’t refund us the money. Then they didn’t have milkshakes and they refunded our money for that. So they can for some things but for something we didn’t order they can’t? Also service was slow and rude. The employee that made our sandwich didn’t even clean his hands and was smoking prior to making it. I would put zero starts if I could

The chili cheese dog was excellent, as were the fries. The dog comes smothered in chili and melted cheese and winds up being a knife and fork eating affair.

The onion rings are the best I've ever had. The staff at this location are really super nice, they make me go back to this location whenever I have a craving for Blake's!

This is for the 4th and El Pueblo location.
Though they aren't as large as I remember in the past I still think Lota Burger has the best breakfast burritos in Albuquerque. Of course this doesn't include the abuelita's tiny store front small business. I'll tell you, the secret is in the hash browns, cooked crispy and brown, not the potato mush others use. The second reason is the eggs are fried up to order, not pre built and stored. The third reason is the chile, tasty, but not overbearing. This Lota Burger on 4th and El Pueblo is my favorite, I hope they never renovate it and always have the big red umbrellas on the tables outside!
The workers were nice and seemed to be having a great time pulling in cash for the owners, good service with a smile goes a long way!
