Usually a very good, tasty and well made double green chili, cheese and bacon burger. But sad to say, lately they've got our order wrong several times. They need to take the time to train these young ladies and gentlemen so they all know how to handle pressure and stop the mistakes.
My husband went for a lotaburger combo with double meat and and cheese a itsa burger with double meat with cheese. We also ordered green chilli on the side. What's with the green sauce? Chopped green chilli is was we wanted! The greenchile sauce would make the burger soggy. Chopped greenchile!!
Ordered in the drive thru, got parked to wait for my order, when I finally got home I realize that the extra sauces I paid for aren't in the bag. With all the time they took, it would be nice of them to double check the orders too. I mean, basic restaurant procedure. . .
