Hidden gem. The king of trash New Mexican. They put nacho cheese and chile on everything and I love it.

Bob's Burgers is a classic establishment with great food and good prices. While the wait times can be lengthy, the workers are kind and helpful. The taco burgers are excellent and the chili sauce was on point as usual. The people working are always nice, the room is always clean and the food is always tasty. The chili is pretty darned tasty and spicy.
