To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the Lotaburger located at 8641 Golf Course Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114.
My daughter and I ordered two Lota Combos, and unfortunately the experience was far from satisfactory. Food was excellent. I can never get a very well done burger, but I got exactly what I asked for. Fries were hit & delicious. Loved it!
I like them I do but I hate their drive because almost every other time after waiting for your order you get the wrong thing and it's too much a pain to go back
Like I order an itsa cheese burger no onions no pickles with green chili
What I got onions and pickles with no lettuce or tomato ans of course no green chili of course
And their burgers are not exactly cheap for fast food which I don't mind paying but only if it's good quality product
