Blake's Lotaburger offers great food and friendly service, with workers who engage in conversation and make recommendations. The amazing seasoned fries are always fresh, and the food is made to order, with popular items like the burger, buffalo burger, and onion rings. However, the service can be slow, even when it's not busy, which may frustrate some customers. The parking is convenient, with numbered spaces to wait for orders.

This location has by far the best of Blake's burgers. The lettuce was exceptionally crisp and fresh, and the patty was cooked perfectly. No greasy meat but a well-cooked hamburger. The meal is like this every time customers visit this particular Blake's.

On a chaotic 4th of July, with fireworks popping off and a dog in the backseat losing his mind, the staff member Rose at Blake's Lotaburger was an absolute gem. She noticed the commotion and kindly offered an Itsa Patty to help calm the dog down. It was a genuinely kind and compassionate gesture, making a stressful moment feel human again.

However, not all the staff members are as friendly. A young man at the drive-up window was less than friendly or courteous, almost to the point of being rude. While the food was decent, the lack of napkins in the bag was an issue.
