I was just 25 way or across from Santa Casino trying to place an order for something to bring home to eat 20 times. I tried to explain to the so-called manager Jamie will have done in order and still could not get her to comprehend to keep messing up between one thing or not wanting chili because she wants to whichever way she wants instead of comprehending simplicity. You tell me if this is the wrong way to order. I want three lotaburger's number one first lotaburger I want green chili. Second, I want cheese third one. I want cheese and green chili. Is that so hard to comprehend? Is that so hard to take an order like that? They can't even take an order? It makes me wonder how well are they prepared to cook the food. A lot of burger was the best establishment ever since the beginning at San Mateo and Catherine, I believe it was you guys had the best excellent service now since you are grown so much you cannot control this lovely employees. You are now hiring. I called corporate office. Can't get no response from whatsoever so I guess it shows that they care more about their employees doing whatever they want rather than what the customers needs are. Thank you so much. Ladder burger the best place in the world and I'll become worse the worst place to order a simple hamburger

I eat at Blake’s every morning and have done so for several years. Blake’s #44 on Richmond NE is by far the best! Everything is cooked fresh and served hot, unlike some other locations. The staff are super nice and always courteous and professional.
