I like them I do but I hate their drive because almost every other time after waiting for your order you get the wrong thing and it's too much a pain to go back
Like I order an itsa cheese burger no onions no pickles with green chili
What I got onions and pickles with no lettuce or tomato ans of course no green chili of course
And their burgers are not exactly cheap for fast food which I don't mind paying but only if it's good quality product
Hash browns and bacon are never cooked throughly. I always give the benefit of the doubt and give another chance only to be disappointed yet again.
Slow service. Worse: my wife’s Frito Pie was missing from the order. When I called the store, I got a digital order taker. I said “manager please” & got a young woman who put me into a loop that never answered. I will never go to this store again. They always screw you in the drive thru (in my case, in the store for takeout).
