This is the closest location to my house so I come here frequently . I came on Sunday and they were pretty busy. The gentleman who took my order in the drive thru was the same guy who cashed me out and brought me out my order after having me pull forward to wait. You can tell he was stressed but kept a good demeanor and positive attitude . Very respectful and kind. I waited some time but it didn't both me because his customer service was outstanding and that's very rare...
For all those putting this location down, let me educate on the process vs competitors like McDonalds and other "fast food" concepts....At Blakes everyone's orders are made fresh to order! They aren't 'held' until ordered...! Can't have it both ways people!
I'm normally not in this neighborhood but I went through the drive thru for breakfast. This location was so much better than the one I go to on Unser! I ordered 3 breakfast burritos & it took about 8 mins. The one on unser takes over an hour! Hopefully the new one on unser will be good as well.
