Blake's Lotaburger

Micheal was completely disrespectful from when I walked into the restaurant. I wanted to purchase a drink and use the restroom and apparently they have a $5 or more. In order to use the bathroom which is crazy. I have a video recording of him as well. Customer service is horrible here!

Got three free coupons they for a kids meal there is only 2 items on the kids meal nether of witch are burgers they only let us use one of the three coupons, didn’t let us use the bathroom until ordering.

Have been a regular at his location for breakfast for years often +3 times per week. Each of of our last 4 orders have not even been close to being correct on either of the two items we order. The cooks are messing up big time and no one will call back. Done with this location and possibly blakes for good if another location cannot do better. BTW....Margie at the window is great! Too bad about others in this location. They are just not paying attention as the receipts are accurate but the food is not. Avoid this location on East Central.

It was so good. I had a burger. My granddaughter had the breakfast burrito.
They both were so good.

Burrito was hot, eggs were not over cooked, cheese was melted, overall solid burrito except the red sauce is more on the mild side. The coffee was a disaster. It was barely over room temperature. Just tell me you’re out of coffee next time. For perspective, my toddlers baths are hotter than the coffee I got this morning…

The Manager Wendy has bad attitude bad service my order was totally wrong and when i told about my order she give me bad attitude !!!

I ordered on line this morning. It's hard when you go into work at 4am and have to take lunch early. Few places serve lunch at 10am. Ordering was easy and I picked up through the drive up. The staff was friendly and thanked me and wished me a good day. Now, the food is just how I expected it. Great burger made the way its supposed to be made. (I worked at Blakes, so I know). Kudos to the 2 working there this morning.

Best burgers in the County.......

This place rocks. Every time I go they make the food fresh to order. The service is top notch and I don't have to wait a long time. Can't wait to go back.
