Blake's Lotaburger

I love this place but I hate some of the employees. Store is open 7am -10pm and we are here at 7:22am and because they don't want to open their lobby they are asking us to go to the drive through windows instead, mind you, we are on foot, no car. And they are still having us go to the drive through windows. This is 7:22am on Friday September 6th. Highly unprofessional and lazy. I highly recommend the store manager for this location looks into the morning shifts actions. I'm a frequent customer, I pay in full, I've always been respectful, and I leave a tip everytime.. the rudeness was definite. I will continue updating and posting until store manager gets their employees to start doing the job they applied for and are getting paid for.

I went this morning and i was very impressed by how professional the young front counter girl was and she was working fast. 10/10 promote that girl she would be a great manger. Best blakes i gone too

It seems as if we were an inconvenience to be there, and they didn't seem to care to put our orders in the system right, let alone try to make them right.

Extremely rude and unhelpful employee on the phone. Lied about taking orders over the phone and told me I needed to order online when the reason for my call was because online ordering wasn't working. Offered no help after the website said I needed to call in to place the order. Will not be going to this business again.

SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WENT IN AT 8:20pm and since I got there a worker named Mathew told us they closed the lobby at 9 pm that was fine with us.THEY HAD SUPER BAD ATTITUDE WHILE TAKING OUR ORDER .After that the guy that served us was in a bad mood his name was Benito why have people with bad attitude serving your customers ?? 15 minutes before 9pm ,2 women came in to dine in and they told them the same thing .Mathew came 3+ times to tell us to leave and Benito told us “we close at 9” okay ? They had already told us one time.Its so unnaceptable we couldn’t even eat in peace because they kept telling us every minute to leave .THIS IS unacceptable I don’t know why you guys hire employees with bad customer service.TO ME THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL, the employees coming over to our table while we’re eating & keep telling us at what time they close. We understand they close at 9 but they have no reason to try to kick us out. they had super bad service will never come here AGAINNNN!!! this is definetly going to COORPRATE!!! GET BETTER EMPLOOYEES !HONESTLY FELT LIKE THIS WAS RACISM MATHEW WAS VERY RUDE !!this wasn’t a way to treat a customer.ONCE AGAINNNN MATHEW CAME TO THE TABLE AT 9 pm cause they were closed HE WANTED US TO LEAVE THIS IS NOT OKAY WE WERE STILL EATING ?Then he told the 2 ladies in the table next to us that they can “take their time cause I’m here till 2” unnecessary comment ,he was basically trynna be sarcastic or something and I didn’t find that funny at all.Horrible service for someone buying food from here they had no reason to treat us like that !

It's decent, but it sucks when you pay for something, and they don't put it in the bag. Has happened more than a few times here.

The service is always good and fast in the morning, afternoon or evening. The staff alway give you a smile. Son muy amables ?

The surrounding isn't nice but the food great. Dive through is slow at all Lotaburgers but I feel this one became a bit faster. Today we had 5 cars in front and it took 20 minutes

Great burgers and fries. The breakfast burritos are delicious and HUGE. The drive thru takes longer than most places, but if you can spatr 5 -10 minutes, this New Mexican burger joint is top- tier.
