The Chocolate Cartel is a hidden gem and in my opinion they have the best chocolates you can find. Jeremy, the Chocolateer, is very knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to explain his craft and creations. Lots of choices and you'll be pleased with every one.
This place is a for chocolate lovers for sure! Quality chocolate used, Guittard, single source Venezuelan cacao, etc. Very pricey. Just bite the bullet, pay up and bite the chocolate...so worth it. The pecan espresso, dark chocolate turtles, DC covered ginger, DC covered mango were all excellent!
