After eating halfway through my usual burger order here I got really curious as to the why the burger tasted off. I managed to notice the bottom of the burger that had black with green hue on the bottom bun. This heavily looked like mold to me. The bun was soggy and the mysterious coloring was soft. I took it back in where I must say the drive through gentleman was very personable and nice along with the gentleman who greeted me. When I spoke to what I assume was the manager and showed her the half eaten burger she got a wide eyed expression and tried to claim in was because the bun had been slightly burned on the bottom by the toaster. Why then was it that the patch was soft and a black green hue instead of hard and blackish brown/warm toned? I’ll leave a picture of the remake and the original for y’all to decide. My decision is that it was in fact mold. Aside from this gigantic problem, the dinning room had what I assume to be a large coke spilled all over the floor with several dirty tables and no one cleaning or putting out a wet floor sign. UPDATE: Shockingly I know, I now have all the symptoms for bread mold poisoning. So thanks for not even apologizing or being brave enough admit your mistake.

Besides the views of the homeless crack addicts underneath the overpass, this Lotaburger is by far the tastiest.
Every time I order here they alway forget to put cheese or green Chile. I worked fast food it ain’t hard to read a drive thru screen make the order as it shows and put it in the bag. Albuquerque people must be on the slow side drinking that Rio grande water!!!

They close at 9:50pm. It says 10pm, should just make it 930pm you close. 10 minutes to close you can still make a good burger...?

Employees don’t seem to bother to honor any sort of add ons or specifics. I ordered and paid for extra red and got like a drizzle of red lol. What’s the point then. It was still tasty just a bummer.

Omg... Got a double and onion rings. Delicious. I had some money left on a gift card and the cashier was very friendly about checking the balance. Great experience!

Slowest drive through in all of Albuquerque. Staff was very short not friendly. Food was OK. Should have been better since in took 25 min in drive through to get our food. Trash piled up at back door. Staff to lazy to take to dumpster.

Had my burrito waiting by the window and ordered bacon with red sauce on the side. When I got home it was green Chile. And tasted funny. I don't know how long it was by the window. I asked her about it and she said they make it when u order it. But how is that when I ordered literally a min ago. ?
Ordered meal at 12:07 PM everyone in front of me and behind me got their food I had to demand my food in order to get it. I never go to latta burger for this reason very bad

Placed an online order Friday night. The store called because they couldn’t fulfill my order. I requested a refund and the manager said they couldn’t because it was an online order. They said “call this number back and it’ll send you to the corporate office.” Proceed to call them and they transfer me to the store. Ridiculous! If you can’t fulfill and order then give a refund! The manager hasn’t even reached out once. It’s been 3 days! Ridiculous. The store doesn’t answer their phones and when they do, you hear background noise and they hang up on you.
