Just horrible. The burrito we got was so small and they also forgot my cheese!! You can't even get someone to answer the phone . Rediculous since when does Blakes have a foreign call center for every call, including orders?
Lesllie is the one who rung my food up she was super nice and quick. The other ladies, I wasn’t able to get their names, on shift were nice and quick at making my food. Great job :)

Employees don’t seem to bother to honor any sort of add ons or specifics. I ordered and paid for extra red and got like a drizzle of red lol. What’s the point then. It was still tasty just a bummer.
