I stumbled upon this place while yelping for breakfast pastries. We've been to Sawmill a few times for lunch. It's a quaint little pastry shop all the way in the back of Sawmill. The prices were pretty steep, ranging from $4-5 for a croissant and & $7-8 bucks for danishes and other pastries. They also have jars of jelly and honeys for sale! Aside from the crushing disappointment experienced when they weren't open the day before Xmas (Sawmill locked up...sob!), Blue Door quickly proved to be the go-to patisserie during my recent trip to Albuquerque. Highlights were the chocolate babka (actually...pretty much everything was a highlight!) and the epic cream cheese iced cruffin.

My friend and I shared the blueberry cream cheese brioche and the croque madame croissant tart and both were so good! I was a little thrown off that the croque madame tart was cold but it was still pretty tasty. I can't wait to try the other treats next time!
