I had an amazing, entertaining experience to say the least, though me and my family do have some notes… please get these girls a new can opener, this poor girl was struggling with the can opener, then she tried to stab the can unsuccessfully, then recruited her 2 co workers to help, after many failed attempts and a mini coconut explosion the girls were victorious!! They the proceeded to move on quickly and get our drinks out timely even with the odds against them. We will be returning!

I’ve had some frustrating experiences at other boba locations, but Jayce totally turned that around. She took the time to detail the menu and even got my friend and me signed up for rewards (which I never do!). She proved that all it takes is a smile and a bit of kindness to make a customer's day

Jayce at the cottonwood location was so sweet and friendly to my friend and I. Made our drinks amazing and went the extra mile to explain the menu to us as well as held down the store very well while it was very busy. She is great!!

The staff is unaware of how to add cold foam to a drink. Claimed they added it but mixed it in with the drink. Should have been added to the top. They were unwilling to dice their mistake. They likely lied and just never added it.

What an amazing establishment!! My drink (smooch size funky monkey, sub strawberry for mango, sub mango for passion fruit, sub banana for matcha, 6 scoops mango nunu) was fantastic. Shoutout to my bobarista I think named Catherine, who was HOT HOT HOT!!!! She lifted up that big boba thang like it was nothing… wish she’d do that to me!

Came here for the first time, having never tried any of these drinks. But the workers had Great Recommendations, and were even able to modify my family's drinks to our liking. We even received fun little cards with Drawings on them. Ill be sure to return, and even bring more friends and family. The workers tonight we great too. I really wish there was a cash tip jar, so I can tip these amazing workers. Highly Recommend!
