theres a girl names caitlyn who works there and she always makes my drinks FANTASTIC i mean ive never had boba that good before its absolutely delicious when she makes it

Ordered Boba, the cashier was Friendly however the person making the Boba was rude and unfriendly. I asked foe a new straw because I accidentally opened mine the incorrect way. The person handes me the start upset rolling their eyes and with attitude told me I should open the straw correctly. All over a straw I said. The person continued staring at me giving me dirty looks until I was past the store. If you don't like your job kid, get a new one.

Horrible service! I own a business here in the mall and go almost everyday today I go and sit there waiting for drink while the worker is sitting there on her cell phone instead of making me or the other customers drinks! Maybe it was a good thing I’ll save almost $10 a day on a drink

It was really busy at the time, so I placed an online order for 2 Boba Teas at 5:14 p.m. The estimated time for the order to be ready was 5:30 p.m. We waited patiently until 5:36 when I noticed more and more people who came in after us, ordered and got their drinks, and then left. I asked if my order was still in progress, and she said yes, they're working on it. At 5:42 p.m., we got our drinks, but one was made wrong. It was supposed to be made with no bottoms, but the app had both 'Boba' and 'No Bottoms' checked. She said, "When it says no bottoms, we're told to make it with bottoms anyway." I said "I don't want bottoms." and the man went to fix my drink. By the time we had our correct drinks and left the store, it was 5:44 p.m.; 30 minutes after playing the online order. Other people who walked up and ordered waited maybe 10-15 minutes. Drinks were good, just not worth the hassle.

Horrible customer service
This place has not aged well. With all the boba options in the city, no one should be rating this company 5 stars. The drinks are okay, but the boba is really gross. Of all the places I've tried lately, this is the worst and the most expensive. You either die a hero or live long enough to become a villain.

Went in one day around noon, we could hear the workers in the back and tried to get their attention multiple times before placing our order on the self order machine. while waiting we get a call saying they received our order but the store was closed and we were offered a refund. all of the lights were on and there was nothing indicating the store being closed. we accepted the refund but the day after i got a text saying our order was ready at the store. we never got our refund so i tried to call and work it out with the store but they did not answer, i left my name, number and why i was calling and never heard back. everytime we call it is either declined or not answered. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
