I had an amazing, entertaining experience to say the least, though me and my family do have some notes… please get these girls a new can opener, this poor girl was struggling with the can opener, then she tried to stab the can unsuccessfully, then recruited her 2 co workers to help, after many failed attempts and a mini coconut explosion the girls were victorious!! I’ve had some frustrating experiences at other boba locations, but Jayce totally turned that around. She took the time to detail the menu and even got my friend and me signed up for rewards (which I never do!). She proved that all it takes is a smile and a bit of kindness to make a customer's day
Jayce at the cottonwood location was so sweet and friendly to my friend and I. Made our drinks amazing and went the extra mile to explain the menu to us as well as held down the store very well while it was very busy. She is great!!
