The manager here was so great, I live out in Santa Fe and man what a huge difference between the team out there and at this mall. Way better customer service and I had an issue with my gift card and the manager (Lilyana I think? Sorry if that's incorrect !!) was so sweet and was training her employee while she fixed my issue, definitely went the extra mile and as a manager myself I appreciate her taking the extra step to use a problem as an opportunity to train!!
Fabian was very generous, paitent and helpful, boba tea a always a go to when stopping by at the mall.
