This was my second time trying Bob’s Burgers, and unfortunately, it confirmed my first bad experience. I placed an order online—and paid an extra fee just for using the service—yet still had to wait in line over 25 minutes to receive my food. For the price and the hassle, the food simply isn’t worth it. I gave them a second chance hoping things had improved, but it was a huge disappointment all over again.. 0stars 👎🏻

Yeah I got a breakfast burrito bacon with green chili well it sucked there was no bacon but maybe one piece a half a piece they barely put any chili whatsoever that was the worst breed I've ever had

Traveling thru town we stopped for a lunch. We wanted a place that was not a national chain. We ordered two Ranchero combos. The food was great. The staff was great. We will stop again the next time they town.

6-16-25 2pm I just got food from the drive thru and the older lady taking orders has the worst customer service I have dealt with in a while. She is so rude and mean. I was picking up food for some else if not I would've just left. I called after I left to speak to the manager and omg I when I hear her voice I realized it was her taking the orders.
