I had the pleasure of meeting the owner my first time there. Being completely new at all grain brewing, he was extremely helpful in getting the right ingredients I needed. If he didn't have the exact ingredient, he would provide and explain an alternative that would match what I was trying to make. Super friendly staff with all kinds of cool brewing accessories from citric acid, yeast, and hops to airlocks, grains, and fermenters. They even introduced us to our new favorite food-safe sanitizer, StarSan, which is so much better than ethanol and chlorine.
Victor's is my one-stop-shop for ANYTHING fermentation to include ciders, wines, meads, beers of ALL kinds, seltzer, sourdough starters, and many more things. Randy is such a nice and helpful guy. He has really helped me tremendously with brewing and I've already learned so much from him. I will always recommend this place to everyone who I know in Abq who is interested in brewing.
