Victor's Home Brew is an awesome place where you can get direct answers and support for all your fermentation needs, from kombucha to cheese to beer and wine. The owner is extremely helpful, especially for beginners, providing the right ingredients and explaining alternatives when needed. The staff is super friendly and offers a variety of brewing accessories, including citric acid, yeast, hops, and fermenters. They even introduced us to StarSan, a great food-safe sanitizer.
