Delicious and delicate sweet (apple, mixed berry) and savory (spinach, feta, and artichoke) empanadas. Amazing crust on the rustic baguette. Perfect red chili spice in the red chili-chocolate-walnut cookies. Go if you get the chance.

Visiting from Ohio and wanting to go to a great bakery and Bosque did not disappoint! The green chili sourdough is amazing and i especially loved the red chili chocolate chip cookie! Super nice service too…tu!

I stumbled across this bakery while researching restaurants in the downtown Albuquerque area. I bake a lot of bread at home and saw that one of the breads made at Bosque was Green Chile Sourdough. I was hooked and stopped in to purchase a loaf. Very glad I did as it is excellent! I had to wait a couple of days to try it as I was traveling. Well worth the wait! Now of course I have to figure out how to make it myself as I live in the Pacific Northwest and it’s just too long...
