I don’t write a lot of reviews but I felt like my service and food on Thursday deserved a shout out. Firstly, Nicole our server was phenomenal. She was attentive, fun and sweet. Service lately has been lacking and Nicole reminded me that good service still exists. Second, the food was sooo good. I came here when they first opened and I must say the food has improved greatly! I know new restaurants need time to get into the grove of things and let me say they have it together. Our food was hot. It came out quickly and looked amazing. It also tasted amazing. We ordered the fried pickles, which were addicting. We also ordered the fish and chips. The fish was nicely battered and delicious. My husband ordered the burger. It was so good. The fries were hot and delicious . We will definitely be back!

As long as your expectations aren't to high you'll be fine. Our beer was great. But food was lacking. Place was clean.

This was my fourth time here since it became Bosque after lava rock and these guys have it going on. All four times have been great! Food was always hot and good, drinks were always awesome and the service was excellent. It’s a great area and with a cool patio with games and all too. They allow dogs! My most recent time was during lunch and their Mon-Fri lunch special rocked. If Nicole is behind the bar get her Marg! It was phenomenal.

2nd (and last) time here. Fish and chips ordered. Fish is ok. Chips? Way too salty. And not served with coleslaw. Seems odd. Ordered a salad. Tiny thing. Delivered food. Salad had no dressing. Had to ask for it. Had to ask for ketchup and vinegar. Then charged $1.00 for dressing! What???? Never saw staff after food was served. No checking in. No asking about refills. Zippo. Only 2 others in the place. The 1st visit was bad but we went during soft opening so gave the place some slack. Don't bother going. There are so many better places.

Food was meh, we did go at 3 ish, so they were pretty dead. The food came out cold, and the burger patty was half the size of the bun for $16. They do not have a kids menu, although it is a kid friendly environment. Service was slow and poor I had to walk up to the counter after waiting for the check.

Okay, so we wanted to have a good little date night after a tough week. Food was terrible :( My fiancé ordered the birria sandwich, it was cold to the point where the cheese wasn’t even melted and the beans that were on it were cold as well. He ate it because he felt guilty to send it back. I got the flatbread with hummus, greens, and salmon. It had what I think was supposed to be balsamic glaze but it tasted like bbq sauce. It was such a weird and unappetizing combination for me and I could not eat it. They both took SOOO long to come out but I still sent mine back because it was just not it for me. So she asks if I’d like to try something else, I say a salad. We again had to wait SO LONG for the salad to come out and I heard our waitress have to go ask for it again because it had been a long while and she could see us waiting there and my fiancé was already finished with his food. Our server was sweet and the one alcoholic drink that my fiancé ordered was pretty tasty. But will not be returning, and so so sad that we wasted $50+ on such a poor experience.

We were one of only four or five tables in the whole place (2nd time visiting). Service was super slow.
Hubs Burger came out with a cold (like fridge cold) bun.
We asked for a box, and some how ended up with another beer (no box).
The bigger issue is getting table side bills that are not itemized. ( Would like to be able to review).
If they can't button up, they won't last.

For the price is just average. It's been better, no positive energy.

Second time I tried the new location on Unser, first time was on a Thursday at 1:30pm, staff was a little rude, they also had ran out of corn chips. This time it was Friday, Balloon Fiesta week at 6:30pm, host was rude, asked us inside or out, when we said inside he made a comment complaining everyone wanted inside, there were just about the same amount of people inside and out. Server seemed confused and overwhelmed even though the place was not that busy. This time they didn’t have green chile or Octoberfest beer. Ordered the appetizer queso fries with bacon and green chile, no green chile and fries were mushy. Ordered a hamburger and buffalo wings, hamburger bun was cold in the middle and fell apart, the meat had no flavor, it seemed it had been frozen, clear liquid was dripping from it and again the fries that came with it were mushy. The wings were not bad but barely had any buffalo sauce. Service was bad and slow and prices are high so this will be the last time I come here. Stick to the other locations or a better quality brewery.

Update 10/2024- Good service and food. Not a 5 star experience but a solid 4 stars. Previous experience-I predict it will be 5 stars if they can hire more help. Service was incredibly slow. Food fair first visit and great the second. Nice view outside, loud inside.

Went with some friends a few weeks ago, restaurant wasn't busy, we put in our order and waited for over 30 minutes to get our food.

I got the pretzel brat and weirdly enough the bun and toppings were ice cold while the brat was lukewarm. One of my friends had to wait an additional five minutes to get her food after us, and another got no sauce on the sandwich.

First time there and probably my last.
