We were surprised at the condition of the restaurant. The furnishings are very tired. The seats in the booth are ripped. The tables in the booths need to be refinished. They are all scratched. The whole internal part of the restaurant needs to be refurbished and remodeled. The food is very good, however we would be embarrassed to take guests there.
The food was great and the prices are very fair, especially with comparable restaurants in town. Our servers were very attentive and polite. Would absolutely return.
It's a wonderful place, but my only complaint was that the hostess couldn't find my reservation. Obviously I had one. Fortunately we were seated anyway.
The wine we ordered was not available and the one they gave us instead was very expensive and it tasted like a very cheap wine. The wine was was also not very cold. The food was good but the wine was bad.
We never actually got served. Got seated, waited over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. We decided to leave when the table next to us asked someone walking by for a lime for their beer and her response was for them to ask their server for it. SHE should have told their server... we didn't even see the server the whole time we were there.
My family met for brunch the day before Easter. It was the only place I could get a reservation for 10 and now I know why. The food was mediocre, the service was slow (there were only a few tables with people at them) and it was VERY Expensive. I don't mind paying more for great food and great service but I do despise paying a high price for a mediocre meal and poor service which is exactly what we got at Bravo. I will not ever go back to that restaurant.
Very nice greeting & services. Room was a bit cold in temperature. I thought the wine was a bit costly per glass. We had a good meal. The server was attentive and friendly.
This was out first meal there in many years. The atmosphere was sort of up scale Las Vegas Italian which was fun. We were seated quickly and the server was very friendly and attentive. The food was ok, nothing special. The portions were good, just felt a bit underwhelmed and could not help thinking that Olive Garden was better, for less money and included a salad. So overall a nice dinner but nothing to get excited about.
Had a great evening with friends and family. The food was great but the service was outstanding. Heather was a great server, she had a great vibe and she really loved her job. Looking forward to coming back!
They need to get more servers. Took very long to get drinks. Food quality had gone down a little Not sure what's going on but I hope they get their act together because we have enjoyed going there for lots of different occasions

Service was a little lacking and slow today, Brad was always apparently (in the oven), when they did bring bread they brought out 4 pieces for the 5 people sitting at the table.
My experience was great! We booked a reservation for 6:30pm and were promptly seated at our scheduled reservation time. Our server, Erica, was amazing as well. She was courteous and made great recommendations regarding what to have for our meal. She kept our beverages full as we never had to ask for refills. I had not visited Bravo in quite some time, but will be a repeat customer moving forward! Thank you for a great experience!
The server at the to go and the Manager at the Albuquerque location had the worse attitude. I will never go back to this place. I have never been treated so badly and with so much disrespect. I rather eat at the food truck in the corner. I do not recommend.
First timers to Bravo. It was more than excepted. We did happy hour with a salad and three appetizers, three glasses of wine and two glasses of some fabulous lemonade. Our server was also the bartender. She was incredible. All this for 80$ with tip. I highly recommend ???
