Servers were flexible and helpful: two out of our party of three arrived early, and the staff handled that excellently. All of our entrees were excellent, and the servings were the right sizes for us.
We were VERY disappointed this time! In the past, we've always been very pleased with our meals, and service was excellent. BUT, this time, I had informed the restaurant when making the reservation that it was an anniversary celebration dinner. NOTHING was mentioned when we were seated, nor throughout the meal. My Pasta Woozie dish had almost NO chicken in it-----mostly just pasta and sauce. Not sure if we'll ever go back now!!
While we were a group of 20, the lack of adequate service combined with inaccurate service was very disappointing. Our server knew nothing about available beverages, came back several times starting they were out of items ordered, and was in a rush to send us off. Dessert was never offered before she presented the guest check to us. The manager peeked in long enough to say they were working on our drink and starter orders but never was seen again. The server had a trainee with her (first day), and honestly the trainee was more adequate than the trainer. What should have been an evening of celebration turned into feeling like we were in a Saturday Night Live skit. Twice i went looking for our server with no luck. We had to request refills, as she never offered the opportunity to see if anyone would like one. The food was OK, but some was cold when served, while others had to wait until a few people were finished before even receiving their dishes. Won't be back.
Food was excellent, service was good. My only beef is that the food portions are way too small for the price. We had a group of 5 so 5 different menu items. The plates themselves were huge, but the portion size for everyone was way too small so although the food was excellent, the value just wasn't there.
This Bravo location is going downhill. Not sure if they will remain open much longer. They claimed they were out of various types of bread, shrimp, and various types of pasta. The manager served us our appetizer and told us they were out of bread for the table when we asked, then we looked around and every other table was being served bread by the regular servers. We got the calamari because it's our favorite here but they have since reduced the portion size and padded the dish with dry, old fried to a literal leafy crisp peppers that just tasted like old fry oil. The menu online listed this as being in the dish, but I've never seen those in the dish prior to this evening. The entrees were just okay. There are hardly any waitstaff in the restaurant and people waited for ages to be seated and get their food even though half the restaurant was empty.
Caesar side salad was excellent. Pasta very good. Service attentive. Not offered baverage except water and no refills.
The manager gave us our three meals free since the brunch waffles were returned due to overcooking and when new ones came there was no fruit available in the restaurant. He said their fruit order came in spoiled that day. I recommended they delete brunch from their menu. Service was very slow for refills on iced tea.
The service was terrible Our waitress (we were told) had an emergency and left. No one filled up water glasses or brought us a check. Food was ok but not great Won't be going back!
I ordered a martini with blue cheese, olives, and I was given a horrible tasting martini with regular olives. Didn't see our waitress much and the food was subpar
We were surprised at the condition of the restaurant. The furnishings are very tired. The seats in the booth are ripped. The tables in the booths need to be refinished. They are all scratched. The whole internal part of the restaurant needs to be refurbished and remodeled. The food is very good, however we would be embarrassed to take guests there.

The food was great and the prices are very fair, especially with comparable restaurants in town. Our servers were very attentive and polite. Would absolutely return.
It's a wonderful place, but my only complaint was that the hostess couldn't find my reservation. Obviously I had one. Fortunately we were seated anyway.
The wine we ordered was not available and the one they gave us instead was very expensive and it tasted like a very cheap wine. The wine was was also not very cold. The food was good but the wine was bad.
We never actually got served. Got seated, waited over 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. We decided to leave when the table next to us asked someone walking by for a lime for their beer and her response was for them to ask their server for it. SHE should have told their server... we didn't even see the server the whole time we were there.
My family met for brunch the day before Easter. It was the only place I could get a reservation for 10 and now I know why. The food was mediocre, the service was slow (there were only a few tables with people at them) and it was VERY Expensive. I don't mind paying more for great food and great service but I do despise paying a high price for a mediocre meal and poor service which is exactly what we got at Bravo. I will not ever go back to that restaurant.
