Recently at BWW Cottonwood at lunchtime, wow... 2 servers (one worked at 75% the other 30%) What should have been a 30-40 minute "troughing" was twice as long. Obvious oddity, but wait; I troughed at the Coors & I-40 location with the same experience. Perhaps BWW is on the ropes. Maybe Wingstop & Hooters...

I love to come here for lunch with my co workers. We usually come around noon and We are able to seat ourselves. My peers dine in often ,so one of the wait staff is familiar with their orders and is able to get them prepared right away. The food is good, and the service is good. I only wish they had more help!

Ordered $160 dollars worth of food, it said it'd be ready at 6:40, we knew it'd be busy since it was super bowl Sunday, so we walked in at 6:40 and patiently waited until the cashier was free, not being impatient whatsoever I ask for the name my order is under, the hostess/cashier (Felicia) red head at the cottonwood location, then proceeds to get insanely rude (i guess due to them being busy but, i have worked my fair share of customer service jobs and I know that was NOT professional! Food was delicious of course but these employees need to be more respectful!!!

I encourage you to check this place out! It is bizarre, you walk in and it feels like you walked into a crime scene, everyone is sketch and you feel like you’re not supposed to be there. You expect an upbeat atmosphere, it’s a sports bar! This place has the vibe of a funeral you’re not welcome at. Food was alright.

Terrible dining experience. There were only four tables occupied but still took 30 minutes for food to arrive. And surprise the order was wrong. Server just seemed to be in a really bad mood this particular day. My wife and I each left half of our meal on the table. Save your money and just go to McDonald’s !!!!

The server did an amazing job, but the manager was so terrible. We had a mistake after mistake in the kitchen, and although the food was good, they kept making mistakes and it was my daughters birthday and then he told my mother-in-law he’s gonna take care of us and he gave us a military discount, which is what I was gonna get anyways, seriously the whole experience was just terrible. I’m not looking out for handouts, but we were there for almost 2 hours

We haven’t been there In Awhile decided to go for dinner, waitress named Nancy came quick on the draw when we just sat down wanted our order told her needed to look at the menu she came back took our order brought out our drinks took awhile to get our food brought it out no fries. My husband had to wave her down to get a refill . Still no fries ordered a salad with my wings don’t know how they can ruin a salad. Finishing up our meal still no fries had to wave her down again had an attitude when asked about them went back threw them on the table and walked off. Don’t think we will return.

I got some boneless wings didn't have much sauce on them they were pretty dry. The sauce tasted old and not very good. The potato wedges were really good. The little cups of ranch they give you aren't full or even half way full they are only a quarter way full. You would think the ranch and sauce is coming out of the workers paycheck.I would say if you want some really good wing go to Wing Stop.
