We ordered take out evertime we watch games so basically ever week spending about $70-90 for a family of 5 but tonight our wings and fries were definitely reheated won't be going back here. Sucks to drive back up to ventana just to realize all the food is hard. Go to wingtyme Wingstop or even Hooters and just spend the extra few dollars for better food. Only reason I liked buffalo is because the variety of sauces but just not worth it any more

This location would rate a 0!!! Everytime we come here, cashier and service times is horrible!!! Nachos literally had no cheese(have photo proof) , it was soo dirty in the bathroom it stunk like urine(can’t provide proof of the stench), waited 45 minutes for food, we were a bigger party, however, a good chunk of the restaurant was empty. (Photo proof which showed the restaurant wasn’t busy)

Recently at BWW Cottonwood at lunchtime, wow... 2 servers (one worked at 75% the other 30%) What should have been a 30-40 minute "troughing" was twice as long. Obvious oddity, but wait; I troughed at the Coors & I-40 location with the same experience. Perhaps BWW is on the ropes. Maybe Wingstop & Hooters...

Ridiculous for a Sunday evening location is empty and waiting 30 minutes for food wait staff is attentive but that only goes so far
I love to come here for lunch with my co workers. We usually come around noon and We are able to seat ourselves. My peers dine in often ,so one of the wait staff is familiar with their orders and is able to get them prepared right away. The food is good, and the service is good. I only wish they had more help!

Ordered $160 dollars worth of food, it said it'd be ready at 6:40, we knew it'd be busy since it was super bowl Sunday, so we walked in at 6:40 and patiently waited until the cashier was free, not being impatient whatsoever I ask for the name my order is under, the hostess/cashier (Felicia) red head at the cottonwood location, then proceeds to get insanely rude (i guess due to them being busy but, i have worked my fair share of customer service jobs and I know that was NOT professional! Food was delicious of course but these employees need to be more respectful!!!

I encourage you to check this place out! It is bizarre, you walk in and it feels like you walked into a crime scene, everyone is sketch and you feel like you’re not supposed to be there. You expect an upbeat atmosphere, it’s a sports bar! This place has the vibe of a funeral you’re not welcome at. Food was alright.

Terrible dining experience. There were only four tables occupied but still took 30 minutes for food to arrive. And surprise the order was wrong. Server just seemed to be in a really bad mood this particular day. My wife and I each left half of our meal on the table. Save your money and just go to McDonald’s !!!!
