Burger King in Albuquerque

“Everything was very good. Resturant was clean, food was out almost immediately and very fresh. And the staff this evening were very pleasant, the young man taking my order was very nice, and the other older man and young woman were also nice. All in all it was a great evening dinner“

“Easy in and out service. Sometimes they can't get the order right off the bat. Have to get it corrected ofter when I get the food. “I order often, a meal that is the same nearly every single time, ive experienced wrong orders before here, and Iget it, we are human and cant be perfect all the time, but the food has always SLAPPED, so i aint mad. I literally have never experienced a bad time in the drive thru with the young dudes on staff. Literally every time I go its like saying what's up to the homies. Idk who's hiring and training over there, but they need a raise. “Today was a very chaotic day at Burger King. It was lunchtime and there seem to be some sort of system outage. The manager was calm and friendly and he was turning out orders as fast as they could. Great job everyone for making the best of a tough situation. This Burger King has great employees.“

“I placed an order online to pickup in-store at 3:34 PM on a Sunday. I walked into the restaurant by 3:40 Pm. I looked around at the tables and noticed a few needed some light cleaning. The soda fountains are turned off. The restrooms are locked. Upon receiving my order at 3:45 pm I sat down at the tables in the back. I ordered the current Halloween promotional combo. Everything is definitely made fresh. The ice cream tastes great, the soda is average, and the burger was awesome. The mozzarella fries were fresh as well. I finished my stay by 3:53 pm. No issues at this store. I was greeted immediately and they asked for my order within the first 2 minutes walking in. Better service at this location.“

“Food was good and the service was great! Went in on Christmas Eve and the young lady who took my order was very happy and helpful. I usually give any place that has a “texas” version of anything 1 star but the people who work here deserve the credit for their hard work.“

“The new team has made it better and better when I go. Efficient friendly and the easy to order from they get it right almost every time and if they don't know arguments just quickly replace your item and they get it done. So much better than a lot of places here .“

“I got my order and a original chicken sandwich was missing. I told the guy and he told the lady in charge of the area and I saw a chicken sandwich been made and they gave it to the drive thru and told me that I had to wait for a new one, but the rest of my order gets cold. I talked to the Manager about the issue and Miss Imelda was professional and understanding about the issue and All the staff have been nice and friendly. Thank you Burger King staff and the manager for fixing the problem.“

“I had been calling almost all of the Burger King drive thru's in the surrounding area's, looking for the Pineapple frosty and strawberry shortcake pies, and finally I found the Burger King that had the whole complete meal available, which is the one by the train tracks, on Lomas right before Broadway. Thank you all so much for having it, I was just about to give up, and the manager answered the phone call, and I asked her about the item's that I was looking for, and she's the one who told me that their location was the one that had the whole meal that was complete. “Gotta say that I was shocked out of my socks on this one. This particular Burger King and Blake's have given me the best burgers I've had in the last several years. My only complaint about the BK burger was that it was a little too juicy - likely from excessive liquid condiments. But the flavor was exceptional.

Service was interesting. There were two ordering stations. I drove to the empty one and the screen was blank and nobody answered when I called into the speaker. So I drove past and went to the window. Lady very nicely explained that she hadn't had time to answer me at the speaker. She took my order at the window and was very pleasant.“
