So many times I have either tried to order or wanted to, but felt uncomfortable due to the lack of work ethics and their lazy acts. All I see is them flirting or talking with security all the time. When I have wanted to order they just walk away, so I normally order from Charley's or Fuji. Needless to say, the burger King in Cottonwood mall is a joke.

I find it a bit strange they close and hour earlier than all the other places. Also last time I tried to go the woman working was too busy talking to a friend to even ask if I needed to be helped. What made it worse was the manager saw this and said

The new team has made it better and better when I go. Efficient friendly and the easy to order from they get it right almost every time and if they don't know arguments just quickly replace your item and they get it done. So much better than a lot of places here .
Morning manaager ripped me off he was suppose to give a deal for $2 for 5, instead he charged 2 for $7.88 for whopper Jr with cheese and grill didn't put cheese on them! And i was on my 30min lunch break and had no time to go back and fix it on 10-10-23 on Tuesday!!!!!!

I was surprised that not one person out of the three there said anything to me. I waited patiently for someone to help me, but no one did. There was a young man filling bottles, another cleaning the grill, and an older woman. All made eye contact, and none said anything. I finally went to Charley's. By the way, I was there for food, for my 10 month old. Just was a bit sad, to say the least. (And no, I made no scene or said anything, just walked away).
