I find it a bit strange they close and hour earlier than all the other places. Also last time I tried to go the woman working was too busy talking to a friend to even ask if I needed to be helped. What made it worse was the manager saw this and said

Morning manaager ripped me off he was suppose to give a deal for $2 for 5, instead he charged 2 for $7.88 for whopper Jr with cheese and grill didn't put cheese on them! And i was on my 30min lunch break and had no time to go back and fix it on 10-10-23 on Tuesday!!!!!!

I was surprised that not one person out of the three there said anything to me. I waited patiently for someone to help me, but no one did. There was a young man filling bottles, another cleaning the grill, and an older woman. All made eye contact, and none said anything. I finally went to Charley's. By the way, I was there for food, for my 10 month old. Just was a bit sad, to say the least. (And no, I made no scene or said anything, just walked away).

The new team has made it better and better when I go. Efficient friendly and the easy to order from they get it right almost every time and if they don't know arguments just quickly replace your item and they get it done. So much better than a lot of places here .

My fries, nuggets and bacon cheeseburger were cold. Slapping a cold piece of cheese on an already cold patty prevents the cheese from melting and tastes gross. I almost asked them if they have a microwave back there to warm it up.

Love those whopper! Was fast service. And friendly staff.
Not impressed with their whoppers, no preparation and they showed up with it a few minutes later! There was no way they cooked the burgers fresh and they were precooked probably earlier in the day! I won't be returning to this location in the future.

I went for my lunch today and I believe the manager was working alone there was no other workers I asked if she was alone she said yes but she was exceptional with her service food was out so fast left and right and all working areas looked clean neat and tidy amazing she deserves a raise idk her name but my receipt has 9893 on the top.

Been here a few times in the last few weeks. The food is always fresh, well-made, and tastes good. It is actually nice to sit and eat at the nice food court at Cottonwood Mall. The staff are friendly and efficient. Burger King is a winner here.
