Being a regular customer at Burger King and having had the privilege of Everett John serving me over the years, I can say that the reason I return frequently is because of the stellar customer service that I have received. Everett is kind, patient, and always makes my kids and I feel welcome. As a chaplain who serves locally, I have recommended your establishment to several people in the community because Everett works here and I know that they will get excellent customer service from him.
I have been going to this Burger King location for years. I had a coupon for a reduced cost whopper meal . The codes don’t change on the coupons every month only the expiration date. My coupon was expired and the drive thru attendant would not accept the coupon. I was informed that his GM Andre at the 1990 ladera location instructed them to not accept expired coupons regardless if they are the same but just expired. It has never been a problem before as this is my neighborhood Burger King and I have had expired coupons before. The drive thru attendant refused to give me his name but did supply the GM name which I provided. He was a little rude and I feel he didn’t accept my coupon cause it was close to closing time and they did not want to prepare my meal. Honestly a little disappointed with the lack of courtesy.

Great burgers always..except for pink lemonade which we just got today 29th of Sept 2024..tasted chemically. So had to dump out. Hope it's not hazardous. Clean and rinse your slushy machine before you kill someone. Update December...everything looked to be thrown in bag..burgers dried out buns also no pickles...I love this store but it's time to eat elsewhere..whataburger or new burger king accross freeway. Sad for this to best hamburger joint .

Watched in drive thru, as the woman making the drinks was scooping the cups into the ice bin to fill the cups, and no gloves on. She rubbed her thumb on the inside of the lid as the drinks filled. When suddenly, Another staff member from the back comes along with his cup. He removes his lid with straw in it, from his cup and scoops his dirty used cup into the ice bin, then starts refilling his drink. He puts the lid on and starts to drink it. Needless to say, we threw out our drinks. I called and spoke with a manager immediately and they offered no resolution and no apology. Nor did I ask for one.
Don't eat at this place I had a burger yesterday now I'm in the emergency room with e coli they are tryna hide it and still sell burgers!!!!

They say "my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard", so I brought all my immigrant crisis actors to try this new morticia shake. Like my immigration policies, the shake was lacking in all but dissapointment.
