I was playing in a card tournament and I went across the street to get my daughter a kids meal and during an incredibly slow period it took this location 15 minutes to make 2 burgers. This is why we should stop letting companies tell us to park in a spot after we pay

Don't waste your time. They make you park in a numbered spot for a shake. Came the other night and ordered a cheese burger only ketchup amd the sent me to a parking spot. They are so slow.

Perla & the rest of the team was amazing!! Super friendly & efficient customer service. The restrooms were also so clean! It was the perfect place to come have lunch with my family after picking the kids up from school! Will definitely be returning. Oh, y hablan español! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad customer service. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal in the drive thru and requested the house ranch when placing the order. At the pay window I was instructed to move to parking slot 1 despite no other cars in line. I reminded the worker to include house ranch and not the buttermilk ranch.The worker brought the food out shortly after. I looked in the bag and he placed 4 buttermilk ranches in the bottom of the bag , and placed 1 house ranch on top.I returned to the drive through to switch out the ranches. I asked if this was a joke and the worker (Fernando) said he can’t give me those ranches as it’s slated for a different menu item. I handed the food back with the dips and requested a refund as this was poor customer service. My order was simple and clear, and Fernando was being deceitful. I have ordered this way all the time. Manager Perla please train your workers to be upfront with their customers and not to bait and switch them. That was not appreciated tonight.
