Used to be our Favorite. Lately it’s going down the drain. The young crew Seems more occupied with other things and providing good service. The last three times we have come my son only likes the California with just the chicken, the cheese and a bun. Because in the past, they have screwed it up I explained it like I was a teacher of a kindergarten class. I say California chicken cheese and a bun. And they’ll repeat no lettuce and tomatoes. And you wanna just start screaming it’s so frustrating. You’re like yes nothing and then they always Last but not least go no ranch then. It’s like yes no ranch just chicken cheese and a bun. The last three times we’ve gotten the sandwich and it’s just loaded full of ranch. And then when you say something they get ugly and rude with you. This time the woman said well do you want me to remake it. And then was pissed when I said well yes and I kept showing her the receipt And I’m like it says meet only. And I completely explained to you that I didn’t want ranch and then you still put it on there. And the sad part is when they remake it. It’s happens to us three times so I guess I’m the idiot from continuing to come here. They make the sandwich and out of spite they make it with less meat and really bad the last three times they’ve put half the meat and then half the cheese so I’m getting ripped off because $15 for one meal was pricey to begin with And then they do this. Sandwich true we probably will not be eating here anytime soon.
Deceptive pricing I will never eat there food again.
I highly recommend this location. Their lemonade with mango was excellent. I am so happy I took the suggestion of the cashier. I am a fan of Charley's. The refills are free. Who doesn't like Free. What are you waiting for, go try the lemonade!!!
Sandwich didn't match menu description or photo whatsoever. I had low expectations, but having only around 2-3 ounces of meat/veggies/cheese that didn't even come close to covering one half of the bread was very pathetic. It took around 30 minutes to get my one meal and 4 piece boneless wing. The workers were apologetic about the wait, but didn't offer any solutions (maybe give me whatever is ready on my order, while I wait on the rest?) and continued to serve customers who ordered after me. I could say more, but I think this is sufficient to caution others from wasting their money here.

I don't like to do bad reviews, but come on Charley's! What is this dry and cheese-less sandwich that's an embarrassment to Philly cheesesteaks?! Especially for $22!!!!!!!!! You're mostly good, but this time was not. At all. It was ordered at 2:30PM on August 21st. Fix what you have going on, as we're going to put a pause on eating from your establishment for a good while. Added a pic so you could tell me if that looks like an over TWENTY DOLLAR SANDWICH?!

Awesome food, great service
Wanted something quick to eat before going to watch a movie. There was no one in line when I got there. A few minutes passed before anyone came to take my order. The employees didn’t seem at all friendly. After ordering a simple sandwich and given my receipt, I waited. While waiting I thought I heard the cashier tell the person preparing my food that I didn’t tip. I’m not entirely sure on that though. Anyhow after sitting down and about halfway through my sandwich there was a short hair sticking out, definitely not mine. I didn’t finish my meal and ended up throwing it away.

Guy that works the register always looks like he is high on something. Never understands an order given that has a few extra details. This happens Everytime I try to eat there. I have given it plenty of chances will not be returning to give my business. The whole crew looks a little confused when you ask for specific toppings. Maybe retraining might help. Random drug tests. I don’t know if there is much hope for that place.

My food was great one of the best but the customer service is lacking a personal touch you really need to train your employees on how to treat it's customers. If they don't want to be there they shouldn't be there but more important the manager that hires them shouldn't be allowed to hire if he don't know how to interview don't just hire to replace a vacant spot.

Holy cross contamination, Batman. The grumpy girl making the food wore gloves, but she was using them to hold the cooking utensil (probably covered w/ germs), then grabbed fresh lettuce with the same gloves. Then I saw her walk to the register at one point to ring somebody up (also the same gloves). Gloves are pointless if you use them to touch everything & don’t bother to change them! The guy working also looked miserable (didn’t say hello or smile when ye greeted me). Plus, they didn’t have any tomatoes for my sub. Not sure if they ran out or were too lazy to cut them in the first place.
