Erika was our server. She was horrible. It was my birthday and she forgot my salad. My food was cold and my fries sat under the warmer to long. I was a server for over 20 yrs and all I can say is shame shame shame. I will not be back.

One of my most favorite restaurants ever. I took my friend for her first visit for lunch yesterday & she loved it, too (& she is not easy to please). We sat at the bar & Sal was the absolute BOMB! THANK YOU, SAL!
Food tasted good even though we received something other than what we ordered (chicken fried chicken instead of chicken fried steak). Service this time wasn't that great considering we received the wrong food item and we gave up (after at least 15 minutes) trying to have the order fixed as we didn't see our waitress again until we were just about done with our meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility for wheelchairs to get into the restaurant, not so great getting between tables once you're inside, even with a walker rather than a wheelchair.

I decided to fly solo for an evening and try Cheddar's out, I saw quite a few people waiting for seats, so I decided to sit at the bar for quicker service. I ordered a Maui Margarita and was given a shot while I waited for the Margarita to be made. I ordered the 8oz salmon dinner with Bourbon glaze, yummy! I deducted 1 star due to the lack of options for those with dietary restrictions. It’s disappointing when the service is poor and the manager doesn’t handle this situation well. He took half an hour to attended to us and was rude not only to us but to his sever, the waitress how ever was sweet. My final complaint is that it’s definitely not professional or hygienic for a waitress to eat from a customer's plate before serving it. That's definitely not something you expect to see in a restaurant.
I was given a wait time of 45min max, we were finally seated 1hr&45min later. Server was fantastic & no complaints on the food other than getting a couple of plates wrong on the first go. The waiter had everything fixed right away though.
Service is good.. food was average. Bland, and sat out too long. Chicken tenders, backed potato, side salad veggie sandwich. Veggie sandwich recommended

Ordered the chicken pasta salad. The kitchen forgot the pasta twice and my friend's steak was not cooked correctly. The waitress was wonderful and the croissants were very good.
