I went to this location yesterday evening, April 30, 2026 and the hostess that answered the phone or whoever answered the phone. They were completely rude no Customer service skills whatsoever.
I have gone to this location many of time and Patricia is awesome and great. She always pre busses the table and know what adult drinks we like. The food came out on time and the pizza is always great.
this review is for Bubbas 33 Cottonwood location . Today after our motorcycle ride to jemez our club stopped at Bubbas cottonwood to eat and have a beer . upon entering and staff getting our table ready for about 30 of us total a guy approached us and told us that we weren't welcome at that location and would need to leave immediately , which is weird because the i25 location has ZERO issues with us . there was NO SIGNAGE indicating we couldn't have our vest on , again not an...read full review
