This is one of the worst locations in the entire city! It's literally built for drive through ONLY. There's no easy way to walk into the building. You have to walk through drive through traffic on all sides of the building. If you do find parking and are able to work your way into the building, you can't get out, you're trapped in by lines of cars from both directions. THERE IS VERY LITTLE PARKING AND IT'S NOT EASY TO ENTER OR EXIT THE BIILDING.
Oh, and the bathroom is gross
Don't come here if you want to walk in.

How does this location manage to screw something up EVERY time? Whether it's making my sandwich with regular bread when gluten free was requested or today, when I bought my $18 salad only to get back to work and find out they didn't put any dressing in the bag. Yay, dry lettuce. They also enjoy serving cars in the back and making someone up front wait, holding up EVERYONE in the line. I expect that from McDonald's, but your food is way too pricey to put up with the mediocre service.

jaqueline should not be a manager!

Last friday this location gave me an incorrect order. I work 15 minutes away and was already back at work so I couldn't just drive back. The male manager I spoke with said if I couldn't, I can just come next time and they "will make it right. Just give them my name and number."Today is Wednesday and 'manager jaqueline' was being Very rude with an attitude saying if i dont have the receipt "there's absolutely nothing they could do about it." I was never told by the other manager to bring the reciept or I would've. I ended up just ordering again because I didnt have time to go elsewhere. I finally get back to my work and find this.!? Someone intentionally ruined my sandwich! My lettuce is a foot long strip and my tomatoes looking like someone was punching them in the back! It looks like they were trying to play corn hole with my sandwich when making it.! I'm shocked. All I wanted was a nice lunch. I've never in my life had such terrible service from a cfa. This young lady jaqueline should not be in management or have anything to do with customer service. I will post pictures.

I walked in to get a drink. The girl stood frozen (no greeting, but the next customer was greeted)and her supervisor hovered as I made my purchase. Watched me like I was going to rob the place.

Best customer service! Everyone is so friendly! I received an English muffin instead of a biscuit. The staff apologized and gave me a full breakfast sandwich, came to my table, and gave me 3 cookies and a gift card for a sweet treat. This is the best Chick-fil-a!

I ordered a spicy sandwich meal with three Polynesian sauces and one BBQ sauce through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized there were no sauces included in my bag. I returned to the restaurant to let the manager know and asked if they could provide a large fry as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

The manager didn’t respond initially but returned with my order and a medium fry. When I asked again about the large fry, he mentioned they didn’t have any “down.” I wasn’t sure what he meant, especially since the drive-thru was busy and it seemed unlikely they’d run out of fries. He told me I could wait six minutes for fresh fries, but I decided to leave.

To make matters worse, when I got home and started eating, I found that my fries weren’t even hot. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

This the closest location to my house. The staff is rude and they never get an order right. Not like special requests but they always forget something. This morning I tried to surprise my son at achool for Vday with breakfast i ordered him a 4 count chicken mini meal. The bag had no hashbowns and 3 chicken minis. Just stay away from here.

Been to hundreds of locations while traveling and never had a bad experience until now. This by far was the worst, overflowing trash cans and when I told cashier he said "we know" The womens restroom was a mess and had no paper towels or toilet paper, again told employees and got another we know....I very rarely go inside but I was shocked at the state of the restaurant.

I come in 3 times a week cause I’m on a bulk but as of today December 30th, 2024 I am not as when I took a bite of my grilled chicken sandwich I found a trash wrapper in the sandwich and when I went back to tell a manager they didn’t care much
