We go to chilis a lot. It was plenty of tables available. But it's Me and my son. Sitting us in the bar area is just not appropriate for a 11 year old. To them it was ok to sit us there but as a mother I have to be the adult and choose elsewhere to spend our money
I feel bad not remembering our servers name because he made the whole experience. Chili's had a sign posted that food would take time due to lack of workers so we weren't expecting much. Patient, attentive, understanding. I really would have liked to remember his name.. he deserves a raise. It was Saturday night 10:15 in a booth and I was with my wife and 2 daughters. Excellent customer service! I want to say it started with a J.... I apologize
Had a great dining experience overall. Service was good, food was good, however—an incident took place that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Some sort of argument must’ve taken place “behind the scenes”, because the host ran out & slammed the back room door pretty hard behind him. Our server tried following him in, but the door was locked. Instead of going to get a manager, she banged on the window of the door EXTREMELY hard, repeatedly, until he finally opened it....
