Chili's Grill & Bar

Got the 3 for Me, old timer burgers for 10.99 including sides and a drink. It was a good deal and the burgers were fine. The menu is kinda limited, but the service was top notch and the food came fresh and hot.
It ended up being cheaper than 5 Guys, but of course they have a different business model.

It's hard to beat Chili's for a value proposition in the fast casual. This particular location seems to be understaffed. There was a waitt to be seated despite open tables. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive with are the positive attitude. Are appetizers did not arrive until the food arrived but again I put that on the kitchen more than him

They could at least fix the tables and chairs. They're not even a cheap meal anymore. We have paid the same amount for better food and better service at nicer restaurants

Our waiter was not attentive enough, and he's helper wasn't any better. The atmosphere was weird as he'll too. They had other customers as well and I felt like they were more attentive to them than our party of 4. Food was good tho but not enough for me to come back to that place.

The absolute worst experience ever!!! Literally never have walked out on a restaurant before! Almost an hour wait for our food. Our server then comes out says 5 more minutes waiting on fries, then comes back 20 minutes later with my kids food and tells me my steak will still be about 10 minutes due to so many steaks ordered! For one I have been a restaurant manager for years!!! I should seriously apply and fix this store!! Get the kitchen staffed! There is no reason the kitchen is not going by each ticket! No manager in site doing table checks or letting tables know the issue with the long waits, poor servers had to keep telling tables sorry for the wait! Do better managment or hire someone better to get that place up to par! Will not return to this restaurant!

Food was amazing, service was amazing. However we ordered 4 drinks, and all of the glasses looked like they haven't been cleaned. One of the glasses was cracked on the rim, which can be a health risk if it chips. I talked to the manager and he said he would talk to his team about it. Overall, decent time.

Our server Matty was amazing great customer service very respectful and what I loved is that he was always making sure we weren't missing anything brought us refills on our drinks with out asking he was amazing chili's has an amazing employee people like him makes you want to come back thank you Matty for treating us with respect 🙏🙏❤️

We came here to eat for lunch and we should have just walked right out after what we smelled. The sewer smell hit us like a bomb. Then they seated us near the bathrooms. I was so sick by the time our food came I just boxed up my food and called it a loss. I forgot to mention we went to wash our hands before we ate my kids also mentions how bad it smelled and that says a lot when they are both “gross” teen boys. The smell should be checked in on its got to be affecting all water sources.
