The food and the service wasn’t great.

I’m not sure if they were having an off night but my elote was burnt, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, the fries were overcooked and under seasoned and the food was underwhelming.

Service could have been much better. The waitress didn’t come around that often and she seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

All these things can be improved on. But I sure do miss the old Chili’s food and vibe. I guess all that nostalgia is gone.

Good food, came out quick. The server was nice, but felt a judged when I didn't get my 5 year old his own kids plate, rather I got him a couple of sides of the white cheddar Mac and cheese (he likes it better than the nasty Kraft). Lady kept asking him if he wanted his own kids plate, when I kept insisting that he'll be fine with what I've ordered for him. Only complaint I've had in the past visits I've gone here.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL young woman! Cherish is the girls name I don’t think it’s okay to be disrespectful to a costumer…. And the manager did not care I asked for her name she refused until I threaten to call corporate.. her name is Taylor this store is very unprofessional!….

I'm so shocked to learn that this location does not have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it definitely SHOULD.

This is the BEST Chili's Location in the Albuquerque area. The food always comes out hot and fresh and delicious! Always looks just like the pictures in the menu and tastes even better! The service is seriously the best! The most kind and efficient wait staff we've ever experienced.

They have it all figured out here! The managers, servers, cooks, and bar tenders are on point!

We don't even go to other locations anymore because this particular Chili's has set the bar too high!

Must Try and Enjoy great food and service!

First time at this location. The waitress forgot my husband's drink. She left a glass with ice on the table for 30 minutes. ( he only ordered a root beer) We also had no silverware. We had to ask and wait 5 minutes after our food was brought to us. . She also forgot guacamole for the fajitas.
Then when we asked, she said they just told her they're out.. which was a lie.. she didn't want to go get it. We seen an other couple order next to us that had guacamole.. We were over it at this point. Very disappointed. We will never go back. We will also encourage family and friends not to go as well.. worst service we've had in a long time.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

they lost my order! They let someone take it because I ordered through DoorDash pick up, they let someone with DoorDash delivery take my order! Edgar the GM manager didn’t even GIVE AFF EITHER ! They don’t have anyone watching the pick up orders!! What a joke ! My food was 50 bucks :(
