Waited for 30 minutes for a waitress and nobody came. Will not be coming back. Seems to be a common problem

Food was amazing. Service was slow we got seated immediately wich was nice. That also tells me it's not too busy. Took them about 15 minutes to get us our drinks (coke products). The chips that were brought out were all crumbly hence the 4 stars (picture attached). The rest of the food was delicious and looked good too. Utensils were not at the table when we sat down nor were they brought out when our food was brought.

Just had drinks and asked for a game of interest to be put on TV within eyesight. Drinks were standard and met expectations and game was transfers to the TV as requested. Both service and drinks met expectations. Will visit again.

Ok, where do I start... We were seated promptly, but it took over 15 minutes to get our drink order in. Our drinks and chips took another 15 minutes to come out, we then ordered and were told that you were out of chicken? Ok whatever, we ordered 4 other entrees and mozzarella sticks. We waited 45 minutes and nothing came out, we asked the server about our appetizer and she said that a new cook was training and they lost our ticket. We ended up just leaving. The server was very nice, but it is inexcusable that we were there for ever an hour for nothing.

This place is great. We arrived after leaving Texas Roadhouse as they were closed for reasons unknown.. the place was packed and we were still greeted with smiles and accommodated to our needs as we prefer the lounge because of the atmosphere. You’re always taken care of here and treated like family. Steven greeted us quickly and got us started with our usual mango tea and chips and salsa. A new friendly face girl named Danielle was also very helpful when the lounge got busy. Love this location and we go out of our way to come back. And we will continue to do so. Everyone’s always so happy and nice. Thank you for an enjoyable Sunday night. See you again soon. Just bring back the street cob please 🙏🏼

Sooo I found a napkin in my drink!!! So disgusting!!! I placed a to go order around 9pm. The burgers were okay, mine was a little raw so I did not finish it. My drink (strawberry lemonade, ordered no ice) had about less than half left so I decided to open it to finish the rest. I looked inside and seen a napkin floating around!! I definitely will not be going back!! So gross!!!🤢

The manager and the waitress was so very rude she talk over when we try to order our meal and the manager stook up for the waitress and it took us to long for our drinks and appetizers im not going to back to this location for the next 10 years

An excellent spot for lunch or snacks with recent changes to their menu that are very good-one of my favorites is their Smash burger with fries for $10.99 right now-delicious.
