Service one hour before closing is horrible. No greeting, they prioritize online orders and shut down the grill 1 hour before closing and even turn off the burners that keep the food warm one hour before closing. And they wonder why no one wants their food. It’s already overpriced and adding this is cherry on the top. Do not come here one hour before closing!

I had one of the worst service experiences at this restaurant. When we arrived, we were immediately told the system was down and we’d have a long wait. However, we noticed other customers still getting their orders processed, which was confusing and frustrating. Despite waiting a significant amount of time, every time we asked for an update we received rude and dismissive responses. When I finally attempted to place my order, they scraped the last bits of chicken into my bowl and informed me they were out of the item entirely — with no apology or attempt to accommodate us.
The lack of communication, inconsistent service, and unprofessional attitude from the staff made this an extremely disappointing visit. I’ve never experienced service this poor and would not recommend this location.

What happen to customer service? I walked into the restaurant, the only customer present and not a single hello or we’ll be right with you, just 3 young workers filling online orders. I stood there for 5 minutes (seriously not a single even eye contact). I just walked out

Employees were very unprofessional playing with the food being very unsanitary and being very unprofessional dealing with customers and making fun of them as they walk away if I could put zero stars I would this place is terrible management needs to do something about Proper training with food, safety, and professionalism. I am surprised that this place is still up and running with all the bad reviews this place has maybe it’s time for some new management and a whole new crew or just close the place down the food is terrible anyway

The woman at the front one named Frances and I think her name started with a C but those two women are the best and are hard workers give them a raise !!! They were so friendly and made my experience here will be coming back for them !

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. A young woman who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional simply because I didn’t say “have a good night” back. She started cursing loudly, using very inappropriate language, and told us to get out of the store. She even said she already gets enough customers and doesn’t need ours, which is shocking to hear from someone representing the company.

Her behavior felt aggressive to the point where it almost turned into a physical confrontation. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I want to warn others — please avoid this location. The atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming, and no customer deserves to be treated this way.
