The food is good but don't plan on eating in the restaurant in the evening because even though it says they close at 11 they start closing the tables 3 hours before then.

Overall the food is good. But the prices and portions are not worth it. If you have a messed up order good luck with the bot the make you use, the make get refunds or corrections near impossible with the annoying bot.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered crispy tacos online or via DoorDash and receive them with flour tortillas and little to no sour cream!
Super disappointing
They don't read so if you want your order right I'd suggest going In person to guide them.

This is the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. They are lucky that my kid is at UNM or I would have returned all this crap.
The rice is hard, and they serve terribly. The chips are burnt , and I just left there, and I never leave reviews. This food and place is deplorable. Have some self respect for yourself.

Chipotle has consistently been a disappointment lately. The portion sizes are smaller while the prices are going up. My last order ( blow w/ chicken, rice, guac, beans etc.. had like 5 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lettuce and was not full.

Paid 18$ for two bites of meat and a whole bowl full of rice and topping I was so disappointed I was so hungry but for just rice the cashier was nice but who ever serves the food is putting the litttle potions and we’re paying good money for a good portion!

I recently visited Chipotle after hearing so much hype, but honestly, I don’t get the appeal. The burritos here are mediocre at best, and honestly, they don’t even come close to what Los Viktor’s down the street is serving up. At Los Viktor’s, the tortillas are fresh, the fillings are full of flavor, and every bite is a punch of authentic, homemade goodness. Chipotle’s burritos feel like they’re just thrown together with pre-packaged ingredients, and it’s honestly disappointing. The rice tastes bland, the meat is dry, and the whole experience just feels assembly-line. Los Viktor’s takes the time to make everything with care, and you can tell the difference in every bite. Chipotle, on the other hand, feels like it’s trying to be fancy but just doesn’t cut it in terms of flavor or quality. If you want a real, satisfying burrito, skip Chipotle and go to Los Viktor’s!

The days of chipotle being a go-to value spot for college students is long gone. The detritus of the internet forces customers wishing for large serving sizes to record the employees with a passive aggressive stare, which leaves reasonable people with no reason to go to chipotle. Instead, find a real local mexican spot like Los Victors for better food and value.

My dad and I had an awful experience tonight, the line was covered in food scraps, old receipts, and trash. We were not acknowledged upon arrival and while we stood and waited to have our order taken we watched one of the dirty receipts fall into a salsa bin just to be taken out and dismissed. Once the kid up front mumbled “what can I get for you” he quickly turned around and pulled said receipt out of the trash, finished his unnecessary business and then handled our food with the same gloves on. This crew member has so much attitude with customers who are unpleased with their overall experience. The trainee had no idea what was going on because of the unprofessionalism and total disregard for Chipotles standard, portrayed by his trainer. He was unable to complete simple tasks such as, counting money, bagging food and clicking buttons on the screen. The upper management is clearly unaware or does not care about the up keep of the store, because this was unacceptable.

Around 1-2 weeks ago one of the ladies (blond) at the register was sneezing into her hands. She handed me my food and washed her hands AFTER. Disgusting ngl.

She’s also been rude before and just tossed food and bags nonchalantly. Besides this employee being poo, no other issues!
