Phenomenal jerk chicken plate from A Taste of the Caribbean. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and very tender. The rice and peas, Mac n cheese, and steam cabbage & carrots complimented it perfectly. The tostones were also very fresh. Delicious food, paired with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes this a must visit restaurant in Albuquerque. Great music too! Can’t recommend it enough!
6/30/26 Stopped in on our way from Texas to Phoenix, AZ. Ordered the Goat Roti, Beef patty, Fried Catfish, and the Seared Cajun Tilapia and a side salad. The three of us enjoyed every bite! We sampled each others plates. The staff was so friendly! A must have dining experience!
