Ordered a bowl with chips and queso. Chips were inedible, stale and sour. Lady manager told me that's how they are. When I asked for a more fresh batch I was told they make 1 batch for the whole day. And that's it. So I just got my money back for the chips. Would have ate inside if it were not disgusting in the lobby. Dirty tables and floors. Everyone inside, except the gentleman with a cast on his right arm who seemed to be in training, looked pissed off and displeased and we noticed immediately when we arrived. Bowl was good tho, thats why they get 2 stars and not 1.

Everyone including the manager is in slow motion every time I come here. I do DoorDash and they are always rude sometimes the staff just stare at you and you say thank you! And they look at you like you shouldn't exist. Someone needs to coach them on customer service.

The restaurant refused to make more food an hour and a half prior to closing. They were out of rice, chips, guacamole, corn and steak and had began closing cleaning everything refusing to take multiple orders. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and their lack of respect topped it off. Please fix this. This is ridiculous and embarrassing!!Parking: Terrible. Have to park across the street when it’s busy and walk over. Lots of homeless.

I went w my son to the chipotle on Louisiana and Menaul for dinner. It was very busy, and I was in line for about 20 mins. I ordered my usual bowl, white rice, black beans..then the server asked which protein. I said barbacoa please. Then he said im sorry you cant have that. We're almost out and we save it for people who order online. What?? Im a customer here in line and right in front of me is the food I want, but I cannot have it? He said the online customers were a priority. I said so if I go away and order online then I can have it? He chuckled and said yes. I left, and wont go back to that chipotle. I could understand more if it was being saved for someone who ordered before me, but it was saved for someone who hadnt ordered yet?. The customers who drive across town, park, walk in, & stand in line are equally important. The food I wanted was sitting there. I was shocked. I then drove to a different Chipotle on Central near UNM, and the man happily gave me and my son the last of the barbacoa. We were satisfied customers that will return there.Dietary restrictions: I appreciate that Chipotle lists every ingredient on their website. They dont use any food additives, which is perfect for me.
usually their online orders are super quick and easy but theirs just these rare instances where i have to wait almost 30 mins to get my online order as i watch people come in and get their food within 5 mins, really hope this improves, i like chipotle but would be super unfortunate with this were to happen to me if i had school or work so it’s just something i have to keep in mind sometimes when making that risk and the reason why i don’t come sometimes.

Today evening I went to Chipotle at 2608 Central Ave SE Albuquerque and ordered 1 Chicken bowl with brown rice and 2 chicken quesadilla for to go.The Brown rice not cooked well and I was felt eating the rice grains. Also the chicken quantity very less.Last time I had the same food at Grand Canyon so delicious. I was totally upset.
