This location used to be one of the better Chipotle locations in the city, with consistency in food quality and quantity. That changed this year. I no longer order food online for pickup, as I feel that I need to be in the store watching over the assembly line to make sure I get the right quantity. That of course doesn't guarantee the food quality. Today the steak was overcooked with too much salt, and the rice was undercooked. I'm not sure if this is the sad state of Chipotle across the nation or if it's a problem specific to this location.

This chipotle is hit or miss. Going in is better, but online orders are consistently messed up. Items missing, substitutions made without telling you, burritos way different sizes. I think staff here may intentionally mess up orders so they get less online orders

I walked in at 9:25 PM and noticed staff were already removing items from the cold bar. By the time it was my turn to get my burrito, the employee cleaning the cold bar had already sprayed down the counter and there was still cleaning solution on the surface. When she slid my burrito across the counter, it went directly through the residual solution. She then changed her gloves and came back to roll the burrito while there was still cleaning solution inside the bay that holds the cold ingredients..

At that point, I informed them I was no longer interested because the burrito had been slid through cleaning chemicals, and not all of the solution had been wiped up. That’s a clear cross-contamination issue. I work in the food industry myself, and unfortunately you cannot begin breaking down and sanitizing a station while customers are still actively ordering. Those procedures need to wait until closing time.

I love chipotle but this is the second meal I’ve gotten from this location that was absolutely brutal. The first time on a mobile order they left off the salsa. The next time in the restaurant the rice is rock hard, they were on the bottom of the mild salsa and wouldn’t refill it and then no ice in the soda machine. So I get on the app to ask for a refund. The first “associate” resolves my chat with no explanation. The second says they can’t offer refunds on very meal that is below satisfaction. I’m hoping the restaurant will reach out to me on here and offer me a refund on a meal that was $40 and was not edible.

Update in December 2025: I’ve decided to never come back to this location. I will drive 10 more minutes to anywhere else. Today at 6:45 there was no one on the line for 10 minutes (but you could see and hear four people laughing and talking) and then I watched one young woman handle the full food counter while three others did inventory with the line to the door. I even motioned for the manager to come help and he ignored me be phase apparently a half bag of queso needed to be added to the already fill queso station immediately and without delay.

This is likely the worst chipotle in America.

Do not order online at this location. They put other people’s orders in the bag labeled for you. Each time I order online it is always somebody else’s bowl in the bag with my name on it. Finally learned after the third time why this is happening. Just don’t order online at this location and if you do check your order before you leaving the building!

EDIT: (went back a second time different day to get the Carne Asada taco’s. Second time told they are out. This is sounding like a management issue not knowing how much to order especially on an item that they have a national media blitz on. 2 star is now a one star.). 1115am. Ordered tacos. No Carne Asada. Peppers and onions near exhaustion. No lettuce. Again, 11:15 in the morning. You would think at that time everything would be cooked, cut and ready to go. No 3rd chances for this Chipotle.

Wow. This is the first time in a while I've been to Chipotle, and likely the last. The food tasted horribly bland. Everything is an upcharge on top of the already exorbitant prices. Some of the items weren't in stock. The workers don't even say hi or pretend to have customer service. Just really disappointed.
