First time eating at chipotle and this experience has left me never wanting to ever eat at any chipotle again. The guacamole had bits of other food in it. When I asked for guacamole without any other food in it the girl rolled her eyes at me and said that they don’t have any more. Everything was dirty. No wonder they had a massive food poisoning.

First review ever… Tonight (3/7/2025) we ate at the dirtiest Chipotle-528 in ABQ. No tables were clean. Worst was the fact that they charged us for steak when we ordered chicken, then the gal (manager?) had no idea how to fix it. 15 minutes later when she sort of did, our food was cold-partially because the restaurant was freezing. Also, there was no iced tea, (said they were out) no lids for the small cups (said they were out) , floor was dirty and all trash cans were overflowing. What kind of managing is this?

this place is so annoying. Every time I come in the workers are always so mean. If I ask for a little more rice because I’m not getting any beans, they don’t acknowledge me and usually just have an attitude. i’m not sure why I deserve this treatment when I’m paying extra for queso how are your workers gonna get mad When it’s literally the job The customer service needs to be better

I went after work and when I went to pay, the at the girl at the cash register (dark hair with a blond streak) was so patient and so kind with the irate customer in front of me, she defused the situation and the customer left satisfied, this chipotle location is lucky to have a young lady like this working for them!
