They got my order wrong and replaced my carnitas with the spicy meat. I woke up this morning and got a sore throat. I only realized halfway through eating my bowl it was the wrong meat I couldnt eat.

I don't understand the hype... It was incredibly mid food, crazy expensive, sinewy meat, flavorless fillings for the most part and the burrito I got LITERALLY fell apart as soon as I sat down... This is the land of burritos, how does someone working at a burrito place not know how to roll a burrito? Also, I dunno if the music is playing to make people want to leave the building as soon as possible but I guess they found every terrible remake of good songs and made a whole dining room playlist... Not a place I plan on going back to, for a long long time... There are so many good places to eat in this city, I am kicking myself for choosing this one

This evening we visited and had a great experience. The area where they were serving food was really clean, and the young men that were working behind the counter were very professional and very kind. We really appreciate it.
Lately we haven’t been having the best experience with any of the chipotles we go to, today was definitely different.

Sloppy & Filthy. I’ve been to this location several times this year, and each time has been the same. The assembly counter is dirty and covered with sauces and food. Each ingredient is contaminated with other ingredients. The employees don’t seem to care and are also sloppy when making the bowls. I will not be returning here again!

We came here for lunch on October 25th. The service was fast and friendly and the food was pretty good. The dining area was nice and clean, table, chairs and the floor. We will definitely keep coming here.

Where do I begin? Service was incredibly slow for having 7 employees behind the counter, who were more interested in their phones then the line of customers. Only person really doing anything was the gal making to go orders from either the app. The cleanliness of the hot counter made me want to turn and run, but I figured I'd give it a shot. The red sanitizer pail sat on the counter, right next to the pico/corn/chile holder and never once was moved. Receipts from the to-go orders were falling into the beans, just to be pulled out and laid right back down. Finally the young man who was cleaning the Pico compartment out with the sanitizing pail plopped a rag into the water, and sloshed it in, attempting to wipe it out but didn't bother to cover any of the other food, do dirty sanitizing water and God only knows what else, was all flung into the uncovered containers of remaining food/ingredients. I turned and walked out, along with a few others.

Terrible service everytime. Ordered a to go through the app, said it was ready but go in and they have to make it in front of you because the system doesn’t show anything. I get it things happen. I work in customer service too but it’s always deer in the headlights when you ask for an order ready for pick up. Gen z really needs to get it together. Poor things.
I ordered a chicken burrito and I received a veggie burrito. Make sure you get what you paid before.

At first I wasn't sure i was going to be able to make something I'd like. Their main choices for a base have cilantro - I HATE cilantro! The girl making my food made a special trip to the back to get me rice WITHOUT cilantro. I was VERY appreciative of that. Overall the food was pretty good. I felt it was kind of pricey though. Overall pretty good food & great staff!

This is the only Chipotle ive visted that is consistently out of items. If you go past 6pm its about 50% of the time they are out of chips. In addition to being out of soda flavors and tea.
Usually its the manager who is responsible for ordering items and if so they need new mgmt. Its also one of the dirtier locations i go to.

Ordered Delivery for Steak burrito. Ordered extra protein and that was an extra 7 dollars. It came and there was no meat! The whole burrito was filled with veggies and didnt go by what I ordered. So disappointing. Checked the bag and the receipt was what I ordered but the bag was opened. Had to throw it out and didnt even get a full refund
