8/20/24 (5:20PM). Ordered my food online to pick up. Arrived to the store and saw it sitting on the shelf behind the counter. As I stood and waited quietly for someone to help me in an empty store. (Waited for at least 6 mins) I saw 4 young employees behind the counter (2 girls, 2 boys) I waited, waited, waited. Best Experience I have had ever at Chipotle. I was at 3600 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM store. I had my dog with me and I didn’t want to leave her in the car while I ran in to get food. Instead of losing a sale or telling me I couldn’t bring my dog into the store and violating health code statutes, the associate came out to me.
