Quality control for this location is terrible. The chips are stale, they ran out of steak, carnitas, guacamole... The portion of meat was so small that I did get and fatty in my burrito, the queso was gritty, I ended up throwing it all away.

This place has gone downhill, worst chipotle in the city. Waited an extra 30+ minutes for an online order when they only had like 2 other orders. Everything is really dirty, not a single clean table. My salsa was frozen, chips were wet and soggy. The staff is a complete joy, 3 extra employees just doing nothing.

10 minutes ago, I walked into this Chipotle and they were refusing to take anyone's orders in person. They said everyone had to order through the app because they were "understaffed". Meanwhile, there were 4 employees visible right in front of me. It seemed like some sort of staff rebellion, like they were all refusing to take in person orders because one person didn't show up to work and everyone else refused to lift a finger to do anything outside of "thier job description." The man I spoke to just kept mumbling "you can order online" when I tried to ask him any questions. Horrible employees, with no management to speak of. What an awful way to "run" a business.

They never have anything. This isn't the first time this happens. They don't have beans, salsa, chips. It's annoying going to place that you crave and they don't have anything which I don't understand why when they should have enough food until they close. The wait time to be helped is unbelievable especially when there's 10 employees just standing around or walking around doing nothing. Do better and be stocked up. We are paying for a food service and they should have enough food. The food line was DISGUSTING full of food you could tell was on there for hours. Also while our food was being prepared they were wiping the glass full of crusty food onto the entire cabinet FULL of food. Do better chipotle.

Stopped here on a road trip from AZ to TX. My god, this was the worst Chipotle experience of my life. I came at 5pm, there was no line, but the entire place was an absolute mess. I wanted to take photos but it felt too awkward. There were no clean tables - rice and food everywhere, staff was just chatting and not cleaning. The amount of food spilled on the servicing area was disgusting. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Chips were so greasy that I requested to waited 5 min for a new batch. I felt gross leaving that place. In a sketchy area too - bathrooms had locks and I had to ask for a code. Go elsewhere, my friends.

Another terrible experience. Dirty tables. Employee tried to hand us a big wet rag to wipe down our own table! Then I said no.. You need to do it... She came over..
