Best Experience I have had ever at Chipotle. I was at 3600 Coors Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM store. I had my dog with me and I didn’t want to leave her in the car while I ran in to get food. Instead of losing a sale or telling me I couldn’t bring my dog into the store and violating health code statutes, the associate came out to me. Ordered a steak bowl and my rice was not cooked all the way. The rice was hard. Steak was dry and chewy. Also I don't recall the steak being so spicy. Didn't enjoy my meal 😒
Encountered inappropriate behaviors towards what looks like a new employee during a rush. Other employees laughing and making jokes about the slower employee. Quite inappropriate as a Manager myself. Disappointing to see a team not rally and help a new comer but instead joke as if they could have just helped during the rush. Food great as always atmosphere not so much. Do better.
