Worst Popeyes I have ever had. It looked like Church's Chicken, it smelled like Church's Chicken but it tasted like the devil's bum. Ordered on April 2nd in the drive-thru, got home to Edgewood only to realize that this chicken tasted like crispy baking flower. Tried calling several times but no answer. People were nice, no issues with ordering or customer service, except for the fact that no one picks up the phone if you have an issue. Left a complaint with the corporate office, we'll see what they say. Check: 20017 4/02/2024 @3:12pm

Used to be my favorite location after the visit I had today I won't be returning. Lady was very condescending and rude, she giving me pricing about everything without asking what I wanted, her tone was very unprofessional and mocking I am not sure what her issue was but location defently needs to train the staff better if this is what it has came to. Very disappointed.

I think Church's has the best chicken. Ask for hot sauce. It better with the hot sauce.
They finally opened up the dining room. Now they have a plexiglass barrier at the counter, so you have to talk through a hole. Are they afraid someone is going to steal their chicken!?The chicken at this location is always over fried. Once I saw the pexiglass, I lost my appetite. I went to KFC. Churches can keep their burned chicken and their Covid19 scare.

Rancid oil. Worst Church’s in Albuquerque. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wrote to corporate after my last order, no reply. They don’t care the quality is awful.So you don’t care do you Church’s Chicken?Today health inspectors closed your location for numerous violations including your rancid oil. Shame on you.

Definitely one of the better fast food places around town. I've never had a bad experience with them. The food is almost always hot and tasty, and the people who work there are always friendly. The only issue I've ever had was with the microphone/speaker on the drive though which is not great. But since the dining room is now usually open, that's not an issue. Overall, I highly recommend Church's and this location in particular.
Rude service but good food placed an online order but order was very late placed order at 3:20 pm arrived at churches 3:40 didn't leave till roughly after 4 pm ladies working were rude and rushed my order did not receive entire order very disappointed as this is usually a good spot would recommend any other churches chicken but this specific one.

I went thru the drive thru. I didn't receive my biscuit I ordered no dipping sauce and when I called to let them know the mistake. My call was nevered answered.

Got home and my Texas 2 piece feast had freshly fried chicken feathers that came complimentary with the meal.This ruined my appetite and I tossed the meal in the garbage.
