I came here because the other location refused to help me. These lady’s dropped fresh chicken less than a hour before they close just so I can get what I wanted!! Genuinely grateful for this location. I’ll definitely will make the 15 minute commute just to come to this location and get service from these 2 ladies!!
The worst place to go. The person taking the order in the drive thru couldn't get my order right. I had to repeat my order a few times. When I got back to work to check my food, my corn container was torn and some of the juice leaked out. No napkin and plastic ware.
I’m really disappointed with my order. The wings barely had any buffalo sauce on them, the coleslaw container was only filled about halfway, and I waited over 20 minutes for my food. After that wait, receiving an order that was put together so poorly is very upsetting.
I understand mistakes happen, but this experience fell well below expectations. Unless this is made right, I don’t see myself returning in the future.
