Extremely disappointing experience at the Central location. I initially waited in the drive-thru for around 15 minutes without the line moving, so I decided to call in my order instead. After going inside and paying, I was told my order was “almost ready.” Over 20 minutes later, I was still waiting.

Bobs has always been one of my favorite places. Unfortunately last time the family and I picked up it was awful. Taco burgers were soggy , fries were limp and my Ranchero burger was a mess. For some reason when my daughter asked if she could add something to our order at the window, she was told it wasnt possible. Itll definitely be a place we stay away from for awhile..bummer
On January 8th Los Lunas at 4:40 pm, I went there as usual, but this time I went inside the store because my son needed to use the restroom. The night manager gave me the key with a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I felt like she was annoyed that I asked for the key. I'm never going back, even if it's the only Bob's Burgers in Los Lunas. They have no customer service skills.
