Garcias Kitchen on the Route 66. Yum!
I truly enjoy the food at Garcia’s however the waitress Stephanie at the 4th street store today was so rude. She ruined my appetite and day. NO customer should ever be treated with disrespect.

Garcia's Kitchen offers great food and top-notch service. The staff, including Monique and the manager, are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a good dining experience. The food comes out quickly, and the management appreciates the customers' patronage. The restaurant is able to accommodate dietary restrictions and is kid-friendly. Customers praise the authentic New Mexican vibe, noting the mural on the wall and the delicious, fairly priced dishes. The menu features popular items like sopapillas, which are fabulous, and red and green chili sauces that are decently hot. Breakfast options such as the breakfast stuffed sopapilla with sausage are highly recommended. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with attentive staff like Diego, who works hard to assist large groups. Some customers mention that service can be slow at times, especially when the restaurant isn't busy, but overall, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness improve the experience. The food is considered good, with many enjoying the chili and the variety of dishes. Guests can seat themselves and receive cheerful, attentive service, with some surprises like the pozole served with sopapillas and honey or tortillas. Overall, Garcia's Kitchen provides a traditional experience with great food, friendly service, and a warm environment.
