“I do love the potatoes and cajun gravy, but a bit underwhelmed otherwise. over $10 for 3 undersized chicken tenders? jeez. And they were a little overcooked, unfortunately. I'll try the new one out east next time, maybe it's just a location thing.“

“The food is great and the service is fabulous. I especially appreciate Mikki who came to ask if we needed refills ^_^ I see she's good at doing her job because I see her asking others, wiping tables down, sweeping, and all with a nice smile.
The reason for 4 stars is because another young staff, who has red hair, was goofing around with something which he popped, while standing next to us, which scared all of us because even he said he wasn't expecting it to be so loud..“

“I really love and enjoy Churches Chicken!! However one of the staff or the cashier in drive thru which I believe is a Mexican male was VERY, VERY, RUDE!!. Never have I ever had a staff cuss at me while me placing my order. The male had no respect towards me and seem like he didn't care to have respect for his teammates as well. I couldn't believe churches could hire such a person like this and why or how he is still working there. Because never have I had staff treat me the way he did. I go to churches at least 3-4 times out the month. And majority of time when I go there, the native lady that also works in drive thru is really nice, sweet, talkative, and always gets my order correct in a timely matter. Never have I had a problem with her. She is respectful, truthful and always has a smile on her face. Other then that, this rude male needs more help or don't need to do be working there. I am very devastated and wonder if this is how he treats all customers. I'm sure churches don't want to have to lose a great customer. Which, by the way is myself. Thank you!“

“The atmosphere got 3 stars on Churched as a whole. But Izzy and the manager were really doing all they could well being short staffed. Izzy really went above and beyond to make sure my mood was good as well as my experience while I dined in. I feel bad I can't remember the mangers name but he needs a kudos for being a good, active manager. Thanks guys again for the great experience. Izzy deserve a double kudos.“

“I drive across town for this location. The chicken is always cooked perfect and never dry. Anytime that it’s taken a while to get an order during busy times ( we get okra and they make it fresh).. they always treat us with excellent customer service.“

“Let’s get this out of the way. It takes 30 to 35 minutes to get your chicken. It is not prepared until you order it. Order ahead or just enjoy yourself while it’s made.
That’s sad this chicken is amazing. Super crispy. Tons of flavor your sauces have flavors. I never tasted before. I thought about it for two days after I ate it for the first time.
Highly recommend you go here and enjoy it just place your order ahead of time.
