I normally don’t like ordering from places like this but we didn’t feel like cooking tonight because we have a big family to feed so we gave this place a shot. We ordered online, a family meal with 16 pieces of chicken with a mix of thighs & drumsticks, our sides were double mashed potatoes and gravy, baked Mac-n-cheese, with 8 honey biscuits. We also ordered another side of Mac-n-cheese. When we arrived inside for pickup there was only one worker a gentleman who was on his phone for 5 minutes before he even noticed us… when we got home the chicken was not the best pretty hard what can you expect bringing it home right.. except we like 5 minutes away!! The sides were cold not even warm the biscuits were harder than a rock. The quality of the food was not good and to top it off I pulled a hair out of the Mac-n-cheese…. definitely lost my appetite and I hadn’t even tried the chicken yet!! My spouse immediately got a stomach ache.. This place ruined all church’s chicken for me & this is the reason why I do not order from church’s chicken or KFC!! Please save your money & go elsewhere than this location, I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my time & money!

This place is horrible. Waited almost 20 minutes for a side of okra. Finally went inside to ask where my order was. Both employees just standing around on their phones. Guy apologized but girl was rude after. Told her I was gonna complain to corporate and she said go ahead. Won't be going here again. Worst customer service ever!

Terrible service. They want to sell what they want, not what the customer wants. Terrible customer service. I wanted to order, and they sold me another order. I ordered a drink and they also gave me another drink that I didn't order. And it's not the first time this has happened to me. And even though I bought the order I wanted again, they told me there were only 2 pieces, so they wouldn't give me the order I wanted. But I've learned that I won't buy there again. I'm going to a better place than buying there.

I have not been to churches in a while and let me tell you they did not disappoint. The menu has changed since the last time and it has improved a lot. The honey biscuits were really good too

Came at 9pm and doors were locked and no one was answering. I could see an individual in the back leaning on the counter. Looked like he was on his phone. We called in the store and he said he was busy washing dishes and couldn't get to our order unless we wanted to wait 15 20 min because he has to wash dishes first. You could see the chicken through the door. I get being the only employee but you do still have a job to do until you close. If you can't then turn off the lights or something so you don't get customers. Pretty sad cuz I only wanted to get my son a lunch for his over night shift. It was gonna be a tiny order for my son who is also the only one working at his restaurant over night. So see you aren't the only one in that situation, but oh well. We went to the church's on 98 and the girl there was really helpful and got us our order and said she'd make it fresh. And guess what, I only saw her alone too.

The food was good I mean, it church’s. You know what to expect. What wasn’t good was the customer service. I got served by some younger girl with I think blonde hair with a terrible attitude. In a very nice guy but she was irritated when I first started ordering. She had a very visible attitude and kept sighing and moping while taking my order even speaking to me rude. Never said you’re welcome or have a good day; nothing. (I was the only person in the drive thru.)

Talking on mobile is more important than taking my order? Wanted 20 spicy chicken but none of them has spicy in it. You will have to bring your own beverages because this location do not serve drinks anymore. Going to Frontiers next time.

Every single time I came here I had a problem with the food, or the way the restaurant is established. I'm saying that because the last time I came, The wait time was 30 mins for a 3pc and they got the order wrong, Before that a year before I came for a Spicy 3pc aswell and the chicken was dry, left out, and no moisture in the chicken. Recently I went today and went thru the drive thru and the person taking my order was distracted talking to someone instead of taking my order. Eventually he came back and took my order and I ordered 2, 3pc chicken boxes for me and other person in my car, We waited 15 mins for the order with was annoying but the food came out okay.

So personally I don't recommend coming to this churchs EVER and this might be my last time coming and if there is another problem with the food I will file a complaint!!!
