Very poor customer service. Ordered through drive thru then was asked to come inside order was not ready. Go inside restaurant to find employees conversating and on their cell phones. WOW.!!! You really get paid to do this kind of job.
I was at your location yesterday and your chicken had so much fat and french fries were rewarmed. Only good thing about the meal was the biscuit $6 for a good biscuit. Pretty bad deal!!!
The staff at this store is very rude it seems like they don't want to be there or that they don't want you to come in or that they don't appreciate your business. me and my family love Church's Chicken and that is the closest Church's Chicken to us so unfortunately rather than waste gas driving to another one we go to the one that is closest to us and we have to deal with the horrible service.
