This is the friendliest McDonald's in Albuquerque. Food is always fresh.
It was McDonald's nothing out there ordinary.
This was the first time I could not order at the counter at a McDonald's. If you haven't figured it out yet, I am not a fan of that.
Here's the ironic part.
An employee came and helped me order from a kiosk so why not just take our order at the counter?

However, the shake machine or ice cream is often reported out of order. After 9 PM, service and wait times may increase, and there have been instances of incorrect orders. The night crew on Sundays provides excellent customer service. The restaurant could benefit from hiring more employees, as it tends to get busy and only one line is open during such times, causing backups. Despite some drawbacks, the food is generally satisfactory.
The parking is available and easy to get out of. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp for the disabled. This McDonald's is one of the busiest in the area, catering to tourists leaving Albuquerque as it is the last stop before Route 66. The workers are always working as fast as they can in the drive-thru, but inside, customers must use the four kiosk ordering system, which can be challenging for those who don't know how to use it or don't speak English. The drive-thru is the fastest option, but customers should watch out for inconsiderate drivers who park in the order line before the speaker box, holding up the line.
The restaurant's playroom is well-upgraded and not usually crowded, with a fun interactive "lights" table and working computers. However, there is no changing table in the bathroom in the playplace.
