I hadn't been inside for a while but my grandson wanted to play in the playground. I was very disappointed in the new way of ordering. No cashier, only kiosk. I wasn't the only one that needed assistance navigating the procedure so a very nice young man was trying to keep up with helping people. 8 out of 9 times I've asked, I was told the shake machine/ice cream was out of order. Morning, day, evening and early morning over a 3 week period. Besides that. The food was always fresh and hot and the fries were perfect most of the time. I did have one sausage NC griddle that was dry and the "bun" was hard on one side. This was around 6am.
